Please read carefully our terms and conditions as detailed below. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you make a purchase from us.

Cheque and Postal Order: Please make these payable to: Mr Nuts Limited - an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and where to post the cheque/postal order. Please allow all cheques at least 7 days to be cleared through our bank.  

VAT - The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error - these prices will include VAT. Delivery will be added to the total amount due unless otherwise stated.  Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. 

Payment Validation We will send an email if you have not paid for your item. Orders will only be dispatched when payment has been received. We will send you an email confirming dispatch. 

Returns Wizzz.co.uk wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with all our products.  You may cancel an order before we dispatch the item by email. In which case we will refund you the full price, including postage (if applicable).

At Wizzz.co.uk we want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make with us. However if for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us first for a returns authorisation code: support@wizzz.co.uk and return the goods within 30 days of purchase. There are two main types of returns our customers require most often, to which terms and conditions apply:

1. Returning for Exchange or Refund within our Cooling-off Period (30 days)  

For this you must:
1. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging, so we can return it back to our stock as new within our cooling-off period (30 days). On receipt of item, we will refund in full less any postage costs that have been incurred.

2. Returning a faulty product within the warranty period

1. Please check that your product is within the warranty period (in most cases 12 months from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise).

2. Please consider if the fault or defect has been generated through normal use as we cannot accept return of products damaged as a result of misuse.

Your Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.   If you have any questions please e-mail us at: support@wizzz.co.uk We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.  Our liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of a breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.  This does not include or limit in any way our liability: a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence b) Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 c) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or d) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.  We are not responsible for indirect losses.  Written communications - Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.  Notices -  All notices given by you to us must be given to Wizzz.co.uk at: support@wizzz.co.uk We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee. 

Wizzz.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any order. We will notify you if your order is refused. 

Stock Availability
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. We endeavour to keep good stocks of all advertised items, however, due to issues that are out of our control, on the odd occasion we may be unable to fulfil your order, we will, in the first instance contact you to advise of the delay and if advised to do so we will cancel and/or refund any products items and we will advise you by e-mail that this has been done.

Sizes - All sizes are shown in EU sizes unless stated. 
Pricing - All prices and payments are in GBP 
Accuracy Of Content - We have taken every care in the content of this website to ensure accuracy; however some prices or details shown on the website could change from time to time and it is possible that errors may occur. We will endeavour to rectify any errors as quickly as possible. Should an error occur we will give you the option of either confirming your offer to purchase subject to the correct description or price or retracting your offer and receiving a refund if the goods have been paid for.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time. 

Events Outside of our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our or any reasonable control. 

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. 

If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be served from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which we will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Ownership of Rights All rights in this website including all intellectual property rights and trademarks are owned by Wizzz.co.uk. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.

Privacy & Security
Wizzz.co.uk is committed to protecting your privacy and security of information which is given to us to enable us to process your order. 

Wizzz.co.uk sends out regular newsletters with select discounts and offers, as well as exclusive content and product insight in conjunction with leading golfing brands. Typically we send between 1 and 2 newsletters per month to an email address of your choice. This is an opt-in system, and you can always opt-out by e-mailing us at: support@wizzz.co.uk This newsletter is only between us at Wizzz.co.uk, and you, our customers and subscribers. As such, we do not sell, or pass on, your information to any third parties.
